PolyStar offers a certified resilient safety surfacing system, which provides a fun, clean and attractive environment for children’s playgrounds.

Polystar's playground surfaces are made from non-toxic pigmented material primarily derived from recycled tires. The thick, soft, shock absorbing layer creates a cushioned surface that allows children to play safely. We are committed to providing the safest playground environment possible. If needed, we can submit approved testing of ASTM specifications for fall height and ADA requirements for wheelchair accessibility for any project.

Our Poured-In-Place safety surface sytem uses virgin rubber materials for the wear layer that offer superior warranties and color selection for custom design themes.

• Materials - 100% recycled black rubber (SBR)
• Product includes a 3/8" cap using colored or black EPDM (Ethylene Propylene  Diene Monomer) a virgin rubber compound
  
• Binder - 100% polyurethane binding agent (free of VOC's) that is moisture cured 
• Many Available Colors
